"Quartarella," a typical farmhouse in the countryside of Modica, is ideally located just a short distance from Modica (4 km) and in the heart of the famous Val di Noto, recently recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Situated in a hilly area, it offers a panoramic view of the sea, which is only a few kilometers away. The restoration work has transformed the old warehouses into spacious and airy rooms, particularly cool, all overlooking a spacious courtyard. Each room, equipped with a loft, can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with a private bathroom, heating, ventilation system, television, and every kind of comfort.
