Villa Quartarella
"Quartarella," a typical farmhouse in the countryside of Modica, is ideally located just a short distance from Modica (4 km) and in the heart of the famous Val di Noto, recently recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Situated in a hilly area, it offers a panoramic view of the sea, which is only a few kilometers away.
The restoration work has transformed the old warehouses into spacious and airy rooms, particularly cool, all overlooking a spacious courtyard. Each room, equipped with a loft, can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with a private bathroom, heating, ventilation system, television, and every kind of comfort. The old stable has been converted into a welcoming lounge, complete with a fireplace and heating to accommodate guests even during the colder months.
The love for nature and respect for tradition characterize every small detail of "Quartarella."
BY AIR AND BY CAR FROM THE NORTH AND WEST
Catania airport and then by car highway Catania-Gela Gela ahead towards a Rosolini.
From there, take the SS. 115 and cross Ispica to arrive in Modica.
Once in Modica, the SS. 115 in the commercial area at the sign "Ragusa" and turn left at the roundabout to Marina di Modica, indicating. After 1. 5 km turn right towards the signal C. da Quartarella and after 2 km turn right following the sign "B&B Quartarella".
BY CAR FROM THE EAST
On highway 115, follow the signs for Siracusa, Modica Sacred Heart and then to the third round of the shopping area, turn right on Marina di Modica. After 1. 5 km turn right towards the signal C. da Quartarella and after 2 km turn right following the sign "B&B Quartarella".
